A maximum of occupants may be in the store at a time, team members included.

Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from your fellow shoppers.

Clothing is steamed at a temperature of 210 degrees.

We clean all spaces, surfaces & furniture throughout the day.

Ask one of our team members for help.

We accept Apple Pay, Android Pay, debit or Credit Card Tap & Go up to $250.

Delays in Shipping:

You may experience delays due to the extra precautions we are taking to ensure the sanitization of online order packages. Our carriers are also currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. At checkout, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping method.

A Message to Our Customers

From a strong sense of obligation to protect the health and well being of our employees, customers, and Canadians at large in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to temporarily close all our stores as of March 16.

In light of the clear and strict recommendations of Canadian and provincial health officials for social distancing, we are compelled to act swiftly and decisively to combat the spread of COVID-19. Along with the collective governmental and societal efforts to contain this pandemic, we hope that this decision contributes to bringing us closer to putting this behind us, getting people back to work, and once again fully enjoying the relationships that we’ve nourished with employees and customers.

With our limited revenue, our highest priority is to ensure employees are paid. As we await details on emergency government relief funding, we will be making every effort to assist our employees through this crisis.

As of last week, most office employees have been set up to work from home. We will continue to strictly follow the advice of medical professionals guiding Canadians through these perilous times, and will protect the health of everyone while keeping our community informed throughout.

Now is the time to be safe, be smart, and to take care of yourself, your family, and your friends. We are very hopeful and optimistic that with broad cooperation and prudence, this will pass and we will again be greeting customers in stores in the very near future.

We’ve updated our services for you

In order to ensure the well-being of both our team and our customers, we’ve updated several aspects of our services to provide a better and safer experience for all:

  1. Style Rewards
    Clients whose Style Rewards were scheduled to expire on March 31 or April 30 will have until June 30 to redeem them.
  2. Extended Returns
    For in-store purchases made prior to stores temporarily closing on March 16th, we will extend the return policy to 14 days after our stores reopen.
  3. Online Returns
    Online Returns shipped back to Laura Canada are shipped at the cost of the sender. You are welcome to return your online order free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store.
  4. Delays in Shipping:
    Delays may be experienced due to the extra precautions taken to ensure the sanitization of website order delivery packages. Our carriers are also currently experiencing delays in delivery with significant delays within Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver centers. We apologize for the inconvenience. At checkout, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order.
  5. Customer Service
    Our customer service team is available to answer any questions you may have, Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Regular business hours will resume once our stores reopen.
