Bought this coat Oct 22 - three weeks later the cost pilled on sleeves and collar after 5 wears. This coat looked like it was worn 5 years everyday! When I tried to return to the store the sales associate initially refused to exhange the coat saying it looked old and worn out. I am an elite member and being treated in this regard makes me think why I should continue to shop at Melanie Lyne.
