What is the Return Policy?

We'll gladly provide a full refund or exchange on items in their original condition, with original tags attached, within 14 days or purchase. The refund will be issued in the original method of payment. You can either return your items to any of our Laura or Melanie Lyne stores or send them to our warehouse using the provided pre-paid label. See our Return Policy for more information.

Can I return merchandise at a Melanie Lyne store?

Yes, you have 14 days to return the items to any Laura or Melanie Lyne store. The items must be unworn, accompanied by the original tag and your shipment confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device). Final sale items are not eligible for returns. The return will be refunded with your original method of payment.

What is the usual turnaround time for returns?

We will refund the items within 2 to 3 business days following their reception at the warehouse. Once the items have been processed the refund will appear on your method of payment, the delay for the refund to appear on your account depends on your financial instituion. Please note, this doesn't include the delivery time of your return.

Can I exchange an item I purchased online for another style, size or colour?

You can exchange merchandise by simply presenting the item(s) and shipment confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) in-store. If there's no store near you, please contact our Customer Service helpline at 1-877-973-8638 (MON-FRI 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST and SAT-SUN 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Our Customer Service will help you find a solution or advise you on how to ship your items back to our warehouse.

Can I return a Melanie Lyne item I received as a gift?

You have 14 days as of the shipment date to exchange an item you received as a gift. Such items cannot be refunded, but they can be returned in-store or to our warehouse. For help, contact our Customer Service at 1-877-973-8638 (MON-FRI 9-8 EST).

What's your policy on damaged items?

If you've received damaged merchandise, send us a picture of the item on and contact our Customer Service helpline at 1-877-973-8638 (MON-FRI 9-8 EST).

I placed an order using a coupon and I'd like a refund. Can I use this coupon again for another purchase?

Unfortunately, you cannot use the same coupon or promotion for another purchase. If you'd like to return some merchandise, we'll simply subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your existing order.
