I must not have read the description of the fabric when I ordered this, because I was expecting a stiffer dress shirt material and was pleasantly surprised it was smooth and silky. I am 5'6", size 12, 38D, and had no issues with the buttons pulling across the bust. The slit height still allows for undergarment shorts to be worn underneath. The only thing that made me give this a 4 instead of a 5 is that it's so silky, the tie belt just sort of hangs funny when tied. I think I might look for a structured belt for it.
